Get outside and get some air!

Art- Take a walk and write some positive messages on the sidewalk.

-Sit and draw what you see.

-Do deep breathing or a short meditation. Draw a color or image that came up for you.

-Take a piece of paper and crayon.  Find a leaf, surface, or flower you like.  Put paper over object and color with crayon to create a rubbing.

Music- Take a walk or sit outside and listen to calming music.

-Listen to the sounds around you.  Try to create your own song using those sounds.

-Drumming.  Sit in a relaxed posture. Take a couple of deep breaths.  Create a rhythm soothing to you using your hands on your lap.
